Supporting Your Child “Post-Pandemic”

Have you noticed increased feelings and symptoms of anxiety for your child as they try to navigate their way through life “post-pandemic”? You’re not alone. Kristen Baryo, LMSW, is excited to present a two week mini-series on parenting post-pandemic.

If your child is struggling with anxiety from academic performance, self-doubt, social stress, or increased difficulty with coping with “Big Feelings,” and having emotional outbursts, come join us for open discussion for support, and leave with practical strategies and techniques to help promote your child’s well-being.

  • Mindfulness and grounding techniques

  • Co-regulation techniques

  • How to monitor your emotional reactions during your child’s emotional outbursts

  • Language and techniques to support your child through heightened emotional states

After the initial session, go home to practice strategies and techniques, then return for the second session to discuss results and get follow-up support from Kristen.
